Return and Exchange Policy

We are sorry that your item did not work out! We would be glad to help you find another option but in the meantime, here are some things to note:

All returns of previously installed items will incur a 20% restocking fee. Eligible returns of uninstalled items will provide the customer with an in-store credit only; no cash/credit refunds. The following items are ineligible for return; items damaged by the customer, installed or modified after purchase, any custom items, items marked final sale, shades or bulbs.

We would like to assure all of our customers that items received at The Lighting Studio of 30A are reviewed for quality upon arrival. After an order is given to the customer, the piece(s) become the responsibility of the customer.
